Step into a sacred space of healing and empowerment at our Goddess Gathering Women's Circle, where we invite you to embark on a profound journey of self-discovery and inner exploration. Led by Amber Chazukow, a Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Certified ALT Shadow Coach, this gathering offers a transformative experience blending ancient wisdom with modern practices.

In this special gathering titled "Connecting to the Inner Child," we will delve into the depths of our being to reconnect with the pure essence of joy, creativity, and innocence that resides within each of us. Through gentle guidance and nurturing support, Amber will lead participants in cultivating a practice that strengthens their ability to hear messages from their inner child, fostering healing and transformation.

This gathering is an introduction to shadow work, a powerful practice that invites us to explore and integrate the parts of ourselves that we may have suppressed or denied. Through this guided meditation, we will gently peel back the layers to uncover and embrace the wisdom and vitality of our inner child while also beginning to explore the depths of our shadow selves.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, water, and a notebook and pen to capture insights and reflections throughout the gathering.
