9:00-10:15am:  Vinyasa Yoga all levels w/ Jamie

12 noon -1:15pm: Aerial Yoga Level 1/2 with Melissa *Starts on October 6th (class is on a brief sabbatical until then)

*Pre-requisite: some prior yoga or aerial experience; dress accordingly with a short sleeved shirt, long leggings and no jewelry. Questions? please contact the studio)

4:00- 5:00pm:  KIRTAN w/ Shaz  (every FIRST Sunday of the month, unless noted on our website & Facebook Page)


9:30 - 10:45am: Chakra Hatha Yoga w/ Debra

7:30-8:45pm: Restorative Therapeutic Yoga  w/ Melissa


9:00- 10:15am: "HOT-tha" Yoga w/ Michele 

6:15-7:15pm : Hatha Yoga “Happy Hour” w/ Bre

7:30-8:45pm: Warm Country Flow w/ Lara   


9:00-10:00am:  Yoga Fusion w/ Michele

4:30- 5:30pm: Restorative Happy Hour Yoga

6:15 - 7:00pm: Aerial Barre Express (45 minute class) w/ Melissa

7:00-8:00pm: Slow-Flow Aerial Yoga (all levels) w/ Melissa


9:00-10:15am: Vinyasa Flow w/ Michelle

6:15-7:15 pm: Yoga Fusion w/ Michelle
