The best of BOTH worlds! Yoga Nidra followed by a gong bath!

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that allows you to find a restful and deep state of relaxation. It promotes better sleep and the reduction of stress. Yoga Nidra has also been known to generate overall joy and well-being in its practitioners.

In this workshop, you will learn to reach a deep state of relaxation by listening to the teacher’s voice. Our instructor will lead you through some gentle stretches, then a full guided relaxation, using the traditional yoga nidra method. Refuel your heart and give your mind a much needed respite.  During this workshop, we will release stuck stress and strengthen your energy field. This practice will bring you to your center and create a feeling of connection that can soothe your mind and relax your physical body.

Then we will bask in the vibration of the gong, quartz bowls and chimes, where we will achieve deep rest and healing at the subatomic level.

No prior yoga experience is necessary! Time will be left for explanations/ questions at the beginning and the end of the practice!

Please arrive wearing comfortable layers. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and a water.
