Melissa will guide you through gentle yoga stretches, breathing exercises and a guided meditation while Deb plays the singing bowls around and beneath you. Bask in the sacred sounds as you rest suspended in a hammock a couple of feet from the floor! This workshop will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated! No experience is required and beginners are welcome!
