Workshop Description: Envelop yourself in the healing sounds of the pure Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, which hold the vibration of white light. In this space, you will learn about the chakra systems of the body and experience deep relaxation, known as yoga nidra, with the help of these meditation chimes. You will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

About the instructor: Donna Gowdy, RYT, has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She is a certified elementary art teacher and is also a certified children/teen yoga teacher. Currently, she is pursuing a Masters in Pyschology program to better serve the community through an additional avenue. Donna's mission through her teachings is to utilize various styles and modalities of yoga and meditation to foster her clients' abilities to develop emotional, physical and spiritual balance, to help them ultimately attain lasting inner peace.
