Reiki is natural energy treatment that promotes healing and reduces stress. Restorative yoga is done in reclining positions with the aid of blankets, bolsters and blocks to allow tight muscles to release and the nervous system to relax.
Join Reiki Master Betty Sue & Melissa, (ERYT 500/Reiki II) as they guide you through a restorative and meditative practice blending Reiki with restorative yoga. While in a series of fully-supported restful yoga poses, you will receive reiki facilitated by our instructors. You will also be invited to gently place your own hands over the energy centers on your body to promote deep stillness and inner peace.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring your yoga mat, water and an eye pillow if you would like. Perfect for all levels. No prior yoga experience required!
