Refuel your heart and give your mind a much needed respite. During this workshop, we will practice several beneficial restorative yoga poses to release stuck stress and nourish your nervous system.. This practice will bring you to your center and create a feeling of connection that can soothe your mind and relax your physical body.
Then we will bask in the vibration of the gong, quartz crystal bowls, brass bowls and chimes to achieve deep rest and healing at the subatomic level.No prior yoga experience is necessary! Please arrive wearing loose comfortable layers. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and a water.
