KARMA YOGA (for those who have lost a loved one to suicide)

Many of us have been affected by suicide, whether we have lost someone close to us or simply heard about it in the news, yet it's a topic we don't talk about enough. This class is designed to offer an open, non-judgmental and safe place to practice yoga for anyone who has been touched by mental health struggles or suicide.

Yoga can provide healing in the form of therapeutic breathing, stress relief and mindful meditation. This class is designed for all levels, open to anyone who wants to simply stretch and breathe and feel a sense of community and support.

In memory of Michelle's Mother; Sheila Salley and all in our community and beyond who have struggled.

There is a $10 donation for each person; all money will be donated to The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
