Country Flow Yoga and Race 4 Rescues are proud to co-sponsor this event. Join us for a special karma yoga class (following our monthly Kirtan) to benefit our many furry friends at the West Milford Animal Shelter and Last Resort Animal Rescue.

All month long, we will be collecting items for these local organizations. *Please refer to the link below for their "wish-list". Also, we encourage our students to get involved by either volunteering some of their time and/or making a donation to benefit our beloved companions throughout the month of February.

Last but not least, we will be holding a photo contest for the month of February. Catch your pet "doing yoga" and use the hashtag:#countryflowyogapet to be entered to win a free month of yoga! We are really looking forward to seeing all our furry friends getting their zen on.
