Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that allows you to find a restful and deep state of relaxation. It promotes better sleep and the reduction of stress. Yoga Nidra has also been known to generate overall joy and well-being in its practitioners.
In this workshop, you will learn to reach a deep state of relaxation by listening to the teacher’s voice. Our instructor will lead you through some gentle stretches then a full guided relaxation infused with hands-off Reiki, in the traditional yoga nidra method, with a few minutes left for questions and explanations.
Please wear loose comfortable layers. Bring your yoga mat, water and an eye pillow, if desired!
